Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN Hospice for a 13-week travel / contract position in Montrose, CO. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate: Range $2080 to $2120 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments
Unit:Â Home or CommunityÂ
Shifts available: Days
Schedule:Â 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri with rotating on-call/weekend. Contract offers flexible schedulingÂ
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 1 to 2 years - Required
- Hospice Nursing experience: 1 to 2 years – Required
- EMR/EHR charting - Required
- Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent – Required
- BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
- RN License for State applying or Compact if accepted in the state - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
Job Description:
- Provide Nursing Care for Hospice Patients in private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.
- Manage assigned caseload of patients assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients
- Provide assessments, care planning, pain management and symptom management and all other aspects of hospice nursing
- Administer Physician-prescribed medication
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of patient documentation and charting in adherence to client policies.
- Territories to cover: Montrose, CO and surrounding areasÂ
