Job Summary

Provides personalized, anticipatory service to members and guests in all clubhouse dining venues, banquet spaces, and outdoor terraces. Upholds the club’s luxury hospitality standards while creating a warm, professional, and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, member-focused table service with strong menu and wine knowledge.
• Present food and beverages according to established service standards (synchronized service, proper course pacing, wine presentation).
• Anticipate member preferences and build rapport with regular guests.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure clear communication with kitchen and bar.
• Execute banquet, tournament, and private event service with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain immaculate table settings, side stations, and dining room appearance.
• Handle member concerns discreetly and escalate issues appropriately.
• Follow all alcohol service regulations and club policies.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in upscale dining, private club, or luxury resort preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and seasonal menus.
• Polished appearance and professional communication style.
• Ability to remain composed during high-volume service (tournaments, weddings, holiday events).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak golf season.

Compensation

• From $21.00-$23.00/hourly
