Position Summary
As a Pool Bartender, you are responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to members and guests while ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment. Our pool bartenders are professional, efficient, and have a strong commitment to the club’s high standards of hospitality. All team members will be expected to act in accordance with our values of hospitality, excellence, teamwork, and pride.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently to members and guests at the pool.
- Take drink orders promptly, providing recommendations and pairing suggestions when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all beverage services comply with state and local laws, including verifying ages when necessary.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all pool guests.
- Assist with food orders from the pool quick service restaurant, picking up and delivering items to guests as needed.
- Collaborate with other pool and service staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable pool environment for members and guests.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support team members and help ensure smooth pool and bar operations
Schedule: Thursday - Sunday until Labor Day, Saturday & Sunday post Labor-Day.Â
