Job DetailsJob Location: 984 Norwich Turnpike JC - Uncasville, CT 06382Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: Second ShiftPosition: Assistant Program Manager Program: January Center Location: Uncasville Salary: $60,000/annually Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 2nd shift, Tuesday - Friday 3p-11p & 1st shift, Saturday 8a-4p  Program Summary: The January Center provides adult men who are under the supervision of the Department of Correction or the Court Support Services Division with residential treatment to address a history of problematic sexual behavior. In addition to treatment, clients are supported with psycho-educational and case management services. The program’s primary goal is to promote positive behavioral change and reduce the risk of reoffending.  Position Summary: The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the program including staff scheduling and supervision, training and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential setting and have strong communication skills, demonstrate an attention to detail, as well as understand recovery oriented and trauma informed care/programming.
