Job DetailsJob Location: 976 Norwich Turnpike Cochegan - Uncasville, CT 06382Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School/GEDSalary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Shift: Third ShiftJob Category: Residential AidePosition: Residential Aide Program: Cochegan House Location: Uncasville Salary: $20.00/hour Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 3rd shift, Monday-Friday (11-7a)  Program Summary: Cochegan House is a residential work release program providing case management, job readiness, and substance and mental health education to adult males who are under the supervision of DOC so they can successfully reenter their communities and avoid committing new offenses.  Position Summary: This Residential Aide- will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved men as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
