Position Summary:
This position is responsible for proper cleaning, routine maintenance, storage and staffing of golf cars for daily use and special events.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
- Delivers and receives golf bags, cleans and maintains patron clubs and equipments and assists with loading and unloading of golf bags
- Maintains a clean and organized bag room
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with delivering driving range equipment, as needed
- Assists with other related duties, as needed
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a working knowledge of golf operations
- Must be physically able to lift, carry and deliver golf bags and driving range equipment in a timely fashion
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
Competencies:Â Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Training Requirements:
- Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golf
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
