Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and patient-focused Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our high-performing clinical team full-time. In this role, you will work closely with our dentists to deliver exceptional comprehensive care while utilizing your advanced clinical certifications to keep our patient experience seamless and efficient.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
-
Advanced Clinical Care: Perform expanded duties including coronal polishing, applying sealants, placing and finishing fillings, and fabricating temporary crowns & bridges.

Chairside Assistance: Expertly assist dentists during a variety of general, cosmetic, and advanced implant dental procedures.

Patient Experience: Comfortably prepare patients for treatment, take digital X-rays/CBCT scans, and provide clear, empathetic post-operative care instructions.

Sterilization & Safety: Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment while strictly upholding cleanliness and compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.

Administrative Support: Manage patient records accurately and assist with scheduling appointments as needed to maintain an efficient daily workflow.
Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of verified experience working as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) is required.

Certifications: Active state-required credentials/certifications (including coronal polishing, radiation safety, etc).

Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital X-rays and digital scanners; experience with CBCT is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a warm patient-first demeanor, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
