Job DetailsJob Location: Monument Donation Station - Monument, CO 80132Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayARC Thrift Stores, Inc. is a 55 year old company that supports the needs of adults and children with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD).  People who support that mission donate items through our Donation Centers to be sold in out stores.  The proceeds from those sale fund programs for Colorado's IDD community.  An Attendant's job is to greet those donors, accept their goods, record those items, prepare the items for shipment to one of our stores.  This is a Full Time, Non-Clerical, position.  Work Schedule is Saturday-Tuesday, 8am - 6pm.  (4 days on, 3 days off) Pay Rate:  $18 hr  Paid every two weeks 30% Discount in all ARC Thrift Stores retail outlets Life/Medical/Dental/Eye insurance available at 60days on the job 401K Plan available at 12 months  QualificationsMust be: Reliable and Punctual Able to work independently Be able to project a pleasant "Donor Friendly" demeanor Able to lift up 65lbs repeatedly Have a working cell phone Able to clear a required Background check
