What you will be doing/Main responsibilities

• Professionally interact with customers, internal customers, and vendors (e.g. Store Management, Buyers, Corporate IT, etc.)

• Respond to inquiries that require specialized knowledge of the function / department

• Ability to work with multiple computer programs / systems

• Evaluate and prioritize work activities to determine the most effective course of action in support of departmental needs (e.g. process daily billing, cross-dock and rush order processing, validating correct delivery dates for store orders against delivery schedule)

• Verify information for correctness and consistency

• Research, analyze, and draw actionable insights from varied information sources

• Maintain files including invoices, receipts, contracts, and other critical department documents with an organized approach

• Review and compare information/data to make decisions within defined guidelines, parameters, and instruction

• Frequent communication with management and associates

• Assists associates within the department and acts as a liaison to other departments

The position will be based in Wells, ME.

What we are searching for 

• Reading, writing, and communication skills at a proficient level

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Intermediate keyboarding proficiency

• Intermediate computer skills: Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, SOP document creation, etc.

• Math skills at a specific level (i.e. one step: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division or two step percent calculations or more advanced)

• Detail oriented, organized with and analytical skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Scheduling flexibility to cover absences

• Adherence to deadlines

• Technical troubleshooting abilities

• Most work being performed in a temperature-controlled office environment

• Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal

• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties

Pay Transparency:


Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).  Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans. *For roles in Washington State: Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
