Now Hiring: Express Service Advisors

• Pay: $35,000-$50,000

• Schedule: Flexible work schedule

You'll work on-site and will report to the Service Manager

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate with customer what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.
• Attain agreement from customer for service needs.
• Write accurate repair orders
• Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee.
• Obtain approval to review findings of multi-point inspection and associated prices.
• Obtain approval to proceed with Additional Service Requests.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ customer service experience
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience·
• Ability to create a memorable experience for our customers
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
