Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Assist with daily food preparation and ingredient setup
- Follow recipes and procedures to prepare dishes
- Work Grill and Assemble meals with consistency and attention to detail
- Work fryer stations and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
- Support team members during busy periods
- Follow all food safety regulations, sanitation and proper food handling procedures
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Â Assist with dishwashing, cleaning fryers and grill, and proper waste disposal
Qualifications:Â
- Previous experience (minimum one year) in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to multitaskÂ
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directionsÂ
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
