Low Voltage Security Technician
We are hiring an experienced Low Voltage Security Technician with experience in Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). Candidates should be familiar with Honeywell systems and comfortable working directly with customers and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and service:Â
- Access Control SystemsÂ
- CCTV/IP Camera SystemsÂ
- Intrusion Detection SystemsÂ
- Perform system surveys and assist with upgradesÂ
- Install low voltage cabling, readers, strikes, cameras, motion detectors, and related hardwareÂ
- Work with IT teams and third-party vendors during commissioning and setupÂ
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholdersÂ
- Travel throughout the Northeast region as neededÂ
Preferred Experience
- Honeywell ProWatch and Vista systemsÂ
- Hanwha cameras and Milestone VMSÂ
- Access control and CCTV installationsÂ
- Fire alarm experience (plus)Â
- High voltage experience (plus)Â
- Programming experience (plus, not required)Â
Requirements
- 2 years experience min. requiredÂ
- Low voltage/security installation experience requiredÂ
- Strong troubleshooting skillsÂ
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Must speak English wellÂ
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plusÂ
- Ability to work independently and on job sitesÂ
- Professional appearance and communication skillsÂ

Full-Time
Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience. Overtime and travel opportunities are available.
