Requirements: • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling. • Proven ability to understand and resolve complex issues through written communication. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email platforms and CRM software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.
