Front Desk Receptionist

HealthCARE Express is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join us as a Front Desk Receptionist, also known as our Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.).

As the first person patients see when they walk through our doors, you'll help create a welcoming environment while keeping the front office running smoothly. Every interaction matters, and you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on each patient's visit from the very beginning.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll greet patients, answer incoming phone calls, verify insurance and demographic information, collect payments, and assist with patient registration. You'll also scan documents into electronic medical records, help maintain an organized front office, and work alongside your teammates to keep daily clinic operations moving efficiently.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and reliability are key to success in this position.

Previous medical office or healthcare experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're comfortable using computers, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule & Pay

• $18.00 per hour
• 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Rotating weekends: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• 30+ hours per week
