Position: School Cleaner / Custodian
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19154
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner/Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the school after regular school hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Clean glass, doors, furniture, and other assigned areas.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain assigned areas according to company and school standards.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
