Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment while setting up and operating 5-axis CNC mills with precision and expertise. Your keen eye for detail will shine as you align holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials onto machines to manufacture parts to exact tolerances and specifications.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ Years of experience in CNC machining.
• The individual must possess a keen sense of attention to detail.
• Experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines.
• Ability to use measuring tools; Micrometers, Calipers, and Bore Gauges.
• Manufacture parts within tolerance and specifications.
• Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance AMSE Y14.5.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Must perform all duties in conjunction with quality system requirements.
• In depth understanding of manual & CNC equipment capability part processing and machining.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. There will be long periods of standing. Must follow company established safety procedures and minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
