RBT Full-Time, Sign on Bonus $500

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For:*

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Client #2: Monday, Thursday & Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM, Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Moorseville, NC)

Client #3: M-F 8:30a - 2:30p (Denver, NC)

Client #4: M-F 8:00a - 1:00p (Moorseville, NC)

Client #5: Mon& Thur: 3:00–5:15 PM | Tue 3:00–4:00 PM | Wed: 3:00–4:30 PM | Fri: 10:30 AM–1:30 PM (Statesville, NC)

Pay Scale: $20-$28
