Key Responsibilities:

• Providing best in class customer service to our clients through accuracy and professionalism.
• Review Purchase Orders received. Ensure pricing and model numbers are correct.
• Process all reviewed Purchase Orders and update records in accordance with standard procedures.
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with other departments should a Purchase Order change.
• Review vendor portals weekly to make sure POs are not missed.
• Accurately complete other data-entry tasks and projects as requested by the division’s Director.

Qualifications 

• At least two years’ experience with accounts receivables, sales data entry, or similar role required.
• Customer service or customer facing environments preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required. Confidence with Excel is required. 
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good listening skills
• Minimum High school diploma or GED required
• Availability to work 5 weekly shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Shifts are typically Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Working Environment & Conditions: General office setting; frequently sitting, minimal walking, ascending and descending staircase, and frequently using the computer and phone. 
• Required to wear business professional attire.
