Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate supports the success of Big Brand Tire & Service by ensuring inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed. This role assists in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and achieving departmental objectives, while also serving as a backup driver as needed.Â
Responsibilities
- Retrieve and maintain inventory items
- Manage and organize overstock inventory
- Receive warranty tires and complete required vendor documentation
- Receive and process used tires, ensuring accurate inventory records
- Operate company trucks as needed
- Follow company safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- One year of warehouse operations experience - preferred
- Have experience using inventory management systems
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. and performing continuous crouching, bending, and turning
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner and contribute to a positive work environment
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills
- Be proficient in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, computers, and copy machines
