Maintenance Technician Brand New Luxury Lease Up

Fore Property Company a privately held growing national development and property management company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Beautiful Class A Apartment Community in Tigard, OR.

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. You will also assist with work orders, apartment maintenance and repair, painting, turning vacant apartments, on call duties and any other duties assigned from business manager and supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-year previous multifamily maintenance experience required.
• Previous experience on a lease up property required.
• CPO Certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally.
• Previous experience turning units and painting
• Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly.
• Valid Driver’s License and own tools.
• Must be able to work weekends.
