Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist at SanctuaireMD you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through your expertise in various massage techniques. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and more, based on client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure client comfort and confidentiality at all times.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific requirements and any medical conditions that might impact the massage session.
• Customize massage treatments to address individual client goals and concerns effectively.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy as part of their wellness routine.
• Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and progress.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a harmonious and supportive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and developments in massage therapy.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massage Therapist License issued by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC).
• Proven experience and proficiency in various massage modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to maintaining client records.
