Position Summary:
Moraga Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time NOC Shift positions with a 4-on/2-off schedule. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report any changes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate and support residents and their families
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
Qualifications:
Current and active California RN license
Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work NOC shifts on a 4-on/2-off rotating schedule
Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
