Requirements

What We're Looking For:

•  3 - 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily/property management 
• HVAC expertise (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license preferred
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis
