You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and restorative nursing aides—all committed to meeting the individual wants, needs, and goals of every patient we serve.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing setting
  
• Treat both post-acute and long-term care patients
  
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team
