Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating learning and development programs to support organizational goals and employee growth. Provides administrative and logistical support for training sessions, workshops, and system processes. Assists in the development and delivery of learning initiatives by managing schedules, communications, and program tracking. Collaborates with HR partners, facilitators, and employees to ensure smooth execution of learning activities and alignment with organizational standards.


Essential Functions

• Coordinates logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning events, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation.

• Supports administration of the learning management system, including enrollment, tracking, and reporting.

• Responds to employee inquiries regarding training programs, policies, and system navigation.

• Tracks participation and completion of learning activities, compiling reports for evaluation and compliance.

• Provides support to facilitators and trainers to ensure smooth program delivery.

• Monitors learner feedback and compiles summaries for program improvement.

• Stays informed of learning and development processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent experience


Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience in training coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or HR support

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
