R and R Breakfast Spot is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing the seating process, and creating a positive first impression while helping ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive
- Manage the waitlist and seat guests in a timely and organized manner
- Answer phone calls, and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Communicate effectively with servers to ensure efficient seating and service
- Assist guests with take-out orders, questions and respond promptly to their needs
- Assist with prepping silverware
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional dining environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
