Responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed. 

• Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and systems. 

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, and prioritize tasks based on safety, urgency, and operational needs. 

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of spare parts and supplies. 

• Collaborate with other maintenance team members, contractors, and vendors to coordinate repairs, installations, and upgrades.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

•   Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. 
• • Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring instruments. 
•  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. 
•  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.  
• • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

•  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred. 
• 
  
•  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial setting.
