Welder

Position Summary:

The MIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and fabricated parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform minor grinding, fitting, and finishing as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
