Your Role:
- Travel to clients’ homes, offices, and parks to lead custom workouts
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Track progress, adjust programming, and deliver results using our GYMGUYZ app
- Represent GYMGUYZ with energy, professionalism, and passion
- Promote health and wellness at local events and community activations
You’re a Fit If You:
- Are nationally certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- Have at least 1 year of personal training experience
- Are CPR/AED certified
- Have a reliable vehicle and are excited to train clients at home
- Love helping people of all backgrounds—executives, parents, seniors, athletes
- Are goal-driven, self-motivated, and bring energy to every session
- Live in or near one of our three strategic territories:
- 1. San Jose Territory: Downtown SJ to Gilroy
2. Peninsula Territory: Saratoga to South SF via Hwy 280
3. Fremont / Hwy 101 Corridor: Fremont, Milpitas, Mountain View, Santa Clara to South SF
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in corrective exercise, strength coaching, or adaptive training
- Have worked in-home or as a mobile trainer before
- Want to grow into a team lead or management role
