The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Hardware Manufacturing Associate to join our first-in-class manufacturing team. Reporting to the Hardware Manufacturing Manager, this role is responsible for building, testing, and troubleshooting Biolog鈥檚 laboratory instrumentation products.

Where You Make a Difference

路 Build, assemble, and test laboratory instrumentation products following established procedures

路 Construct sub-assemblies and components across mechanical, electrical, and optical systems

路 Inspect assemblies for defects, report issues, and perform rework as needed

路 Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and system-level issues

路 Conduct failure analysis, teardown, repair, and reassembly of electromechanical systems

路 Communicate process and assembly challenges to Leads and Supervisors (verbally and in writing)

路 Support continuous improvement efforts within manufacturing operations


What You Bring

路 Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

路 Hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly of lab instrumentation (preferred)

路 Strong mechanical, electrical, and/or system-level troubleshooting skills

路 Experience with hand tools, measuring instruments, soldering, wiring, and optical alignment

路 Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly/test documentation

路 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

路 Effective communication skills in a team-based environment
