Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating and maintaining automated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing tools
  • Assembly Techniques: Experience with micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation
  • Documentation: Ability to compile and maintain production logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or software like Excel
  • Technical Reading: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI)
  • Employment in this position is subject to successfully obtaining NCIC (National Crime Information Center) background clearance and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) authorization


Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • 3–5 years of direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of assembly machinery (e.g., wire bonders, die attach machines), cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1-8),and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention
  • Leadership Ability: Capable of guiding, training, and mentoring new team members, apprentices, or trainees
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics
  • Quality Focused: High attention to detail, capable of performing visual inspections under microscopes, and familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision, often managing their own workflow to meet production targets
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday
