The Staff Pad is partnering with Blue Ridge Medical Center located in Blue Ridge, GA to hire a compassionate, detail-oriented Phlebotomist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative clinical team where your skills and dedication will make a meaningful impact on patients every day.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring accurate specimen collection and laboratory support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages with professionalism, accuracy, and care
  • Accurately document specimen collections and test orders using the laboratory information system
  • Verify proper labelling and sample integrity before transport to testing areas
  • Educate patients by providing clear and helpful specimen collection instructions
  • Partner closely with clinical and laboratory teams to support outstanding patient care
  • Adapt confidently to changing workflows and multiple work locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience as a clinical phlebotomist is a plus
  • Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program preferred
  • Coursework in anatomy, medical technology, or patient care is beneficial
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred
