Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Part-Time | PRN | Nights

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to hire a compassionate, skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) committed to delivering excellent patient care and supporting a strong team culture, for the Surgical Unit.

As an RN you will plan, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care while collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, high-quality treatment.

Shift Options: Part-Time | PRN | Nights  

What You’ll Do

• Deliver quality patient care and assess patient needs
  
• Monitor conditions and respond to changes
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate critical updates
  
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans
  
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
  
• Promote a safe and organized care environment
  
• Support and mentor nursing staff as needed including LPNs, CNAs, and new nursing staff
  
• Maintain licensure, professional standards and required certifications
  
• Perform Patient Care Technician and Unit Coordinator functions as needed
  
• Perform additional unit support duties as required
  
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and service excellence practices
  

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ASN, or BSN)
  
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
  
• Current CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
  
• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred
