Pay:Â $17.50 - $18.90 per hour
Job description:
Shift:
- 2nd Shift , Monday - Friday, 2:30pm start plus mandatory overtime as required.
Pay:Â $17.50 (8% Shift differential added for 2nd shift making that equal to $18.90)
Job Summary
Performs custodial and light maintenance duties throughout the site.
Core Responsibilities
- Empties trash containers.
- Cleans parking lot and truck loading areas.
- Replaces bulbs in light fixtures.
- Performs minor plumbing responsibilities.
- Ensures aluminum, plastic containers and waste paper are recycled.
- Cleans and lubricates overhead doors and loading dock plates.
- Operates hydraulic press uses for bailing of corrugated materials.
- Performs landscaping duties to include mulching, seeding, bed edging, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, planting and snow removal.
- Sweeps, vacuums, washes and waxes floors.
- Cleans and maintains cafeteria, break room, bathrooms, customer service area, lobby and general offices.
- Paints traffic marking, doors, walls, conveyors, racking, etc.
- Performs acid etching and sealing of concrete floors.
- Scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment.
- Performing work area clean-up and safety related duties.
- Diagnosing and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs.
- Insuring all make-ready repairs and services are completed.
- Inspecting and helping coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.
Qualifying Experience
- High School or equivalent required or 1 year of related experience
