Job DetailsJob Location: 1 - Transportation Division - Morgantown, WV 26508Reports To: Director of Operations   The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for the scheduling and routing of fuel delivery trucks and propane delivery trucks for the assigned area of Bruceton Mills, Kingwood, Morgantown, and Waynesburg.   Essential Functions: Schedule and route petroleum delivery trucks in an efficient manner to meet the demands of customers while increasing driver productivity. Assign orders to drivers with delivery tickets via email in a timely manner. Communicate with drivers throughout the day to monitor their performance and make scheduling and routing adjustments when necessary. Provide customer service through fielding customer phone calls, taking orders, handling customer concerns, and expediting new and existing tank sets. Schedule service technicians on tank installations, tank pickups, leak (safety) checks, tank monitor installations, and equipment repairs. Serve as the backup dispatcher for the tanker division.     Qualifications Must be 18 years old. Must have a high school diploma or GED.   Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned. Qualifications
