Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Morgantown, WV is currently seeking knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants with proven industry experience to join our professional team. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across our full inventory
- Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
- Perform product presentation with customers and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles
- Build lasting customer relationships through integrity and follow-through
- Product delivery – Ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while upholding dealership standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Must have at least three years of driving experience
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
