Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The LPN is responsible for providing quality nursing care, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with physician orders and facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care during assigned shift

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Supervise and support CNAs and assigned staff

• Monitor and document patient conditions

• Ensure accurate charting and follow-up care

• Assist with care planning and interdisciplinary communication

Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license in this state

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong leadership and documentation skills

Weekly schedule:

Full-time 12-hour shifts available:
Days: 7 AM – 7 PM
Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM
