Dump Truck Operator

We’re looking for a reliable Dump Truck Operator to haul dirt, rock, and materials to and from job sites. You’ll be working closely with equipment operators and the site crew to keep jobs moving safely and on time. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a good attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate dump trucks to haul dirt, gravel, rock, and debris
• Load and unload materials safely at job sites and dump locations
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep the truck clean and in good working order
• Follow directions from the foreman and work with the crew
• Drive safely on job sites, public roads, and uneven ground
• Follow all safety rules and DOT requirements
• Help with general labor or site cleanup when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license (CDL required if applicable)
• Experience driving dump trucks preferred, but not required
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, shows up on time, and works safely
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Willing to help wherever needed on the job site

Physical & License Requirements

• Ability to climb in and out of the truck multiple times a day
• Ability to perform safety checks and secure loads
• Ability to work long hours when needed
• CDL and medical card required if applicable
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds of pressure

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction and excavation job sites
• Exposure to dust, noise, traffic, and weather
