Responsibilities

• Must be friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing, and positive 
• Observant and responsive, alert to Guests' needs 
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with a Team 
• Engage with guests, efficiently take orders, and serve food + drink 
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information pertaining to the menu
• Manage tables + restaurant paying attention to cleanliness and order
• Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness + availability to learn + train prior to going on the floor 
• Protect establishment and Guests by adhering to sanitation, safety + alcohol beverage control policies

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience working in full-service, high-volume restaurant 
• People + communication skills 
• Passion + work ethic for the restaurant industry 
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for an extended period 
• Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting 
• Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed 
• Ability to carry trays as needed 
• Reliable transportation required 
• Ability to work in a Team setting
