As a Sr Channel Excellence Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the channel partner operating model across Solstice. This role reports to the Global Head of Channel Strategy and Enablement. You will provide strategic and operational Channel leadership supporting global Solstice Lines of Business (LOBs) with Channel Partner Programs (e.g., Research Chemicals, Specialty Additives, Thermal & Assembly Solutions, Stationary Refrigerants), ranging from 100 to 200+ active channel partners and $250M to $600M+ in revenue.
Operating in a complex, multi-LOB environment, this leader ensures consistent execution of channel strategy, governance, compliance, analytics, and partner performance management, while enabling sustained growth despite dynamic market conditions.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring close collaboration with LOB General Managers, Global Sales Leaders, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales Excellence, Customer Marketing, IT and Channel Sales teams, as well as people leadership responsibility, as the matrix manager of 1-2 Channel Operations Specialists.Â

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Channel Strategy Execution & Governance
- Own and execute the channel excellence framework for the applicable LOBs, ensuring consistent application of channel policies, partner programs, governance standards, and operating rhythm across the board
- Lead the implementation and enforcement of distribution agreements, compliance requirements, and program standards across a diverse global partner base of more than 200 channel partners
- Drive disciplined execution of Channel MOS, including Joint Business Planning (JBPs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and performance scorecards

Business & Stakeholder Leadership
- Serve as the primary channel excellence partner to 1-4 LOB leadership teams, each with distinct strategies, customers, and market dynamics
- Partner closely with LOB GMs, global sales leaders and sales teams, balancing global and regional business needs with enterprise channel consistency
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on channel performance, risks, opportunities, and structural improvements

Performance Management & Analytics
- Oversee channel partner performance management, including POS and inventory reporting participation, scorecards, and KPI tracking
- Translate channel data and insights into actionable recommendations that support sell-out growth, margin protection, and partner effectiveness
- Support ongoing channel growth initiatives, helping sustain growth even in periods of market demand pressureÂ

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a team of 1-2 Channel Operations Specialists supporting Solstice channel partner programs
- Establish clear priorities, expectations, and development plans, fostering a high-performance, disciplined, and collaborative team cultureÂ
- Ensure the team operates with rigor, consistency, and strong stakeholder orientation across all supported LOBs
- Provide guidance and direction to channel marketing, analytics and digital enablement focal points for growth and strategic alignment

Continuous Improvement & Scale
- Identify opportunities to streamline channel processes, improve partner experience, and enhance internal efficiency
- Support enterprise channel initiatives and standards while tailoring execution to multi-LOB complexity
- Contribute to broader channel transformation initiatives in partnership with global channel strategy and enablement

- 250-600M in annual channel revenue across 1-4 distinct LOBsÂ
