CNC Programmer / Machinist

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Programmers / Machinists for projects located in or around Morris, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $37–$39/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:  

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
• Edit and program machines using G & M Code (Mazatrol preferred)
• Perform machine setups and changeovers for various parts
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and running CNC lathes
• Strong understanding of machining processes
• Ability to work independently and stay detail-focused
• Comfortable with programming and troubleshooting
• Must pass drug screening
• Must pass background check
