Domino's Pizza in Morris, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining space
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Great attitude and an easy smile
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Food handling certification is a plus
