This role documents, enhances, and standardizes processes while continuously identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done. The ideal candidate thrives on curiosity, works independently, and uses excellent communication and influencing skills to turn complex workflows into clear, actionable processes that drive measurable business results.

The Sales Process Analyst will work Hybrid out of either our Burnaby BC or Westchester IL office.
