Description

 Winvian Farm, our award-winning luxury resort in Morris, CT, is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Waitstaff team member to provide exceptional service in our fine dining restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and take pride in delivering memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you. The role includes assisting with restaurant service, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and wait lists, answering phones, assisting with guest inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.   

• Full-time or part-time schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience 
• Hospitality experience preferred 
• Strong work ethic with a professional, team-oriented attitude 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding guest service 
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required
