About the role:
The Account Supervisor will be a driving force behind day-to-day activities on a client brand supporting and managing key client relationships as well as coordinating a range of HCP projects. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality scientific programs, managed day-to-day client interactions, and contribute to impactful healthcare solutions within a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you'll do:
- Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team.
- Model project leadership—prepared and proactive, thorough and accurate.
- Establish rapport and trust with a range of staff members assigned to your account(s) – acknowledging the expectations of others, identifying team and project needs, remaining open to considering multiple points-of-view.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Account Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators, facilitating their growth and development.
- Actively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through other contacts.
- Generate internal project estimates and collaborate with PM/PC to develop timelines.
- Translate client needs and expectations to internal agency team through project brief development and internal meetings and communications with the cross-functional agency team.
- Monitor project estimate vs. actual time and cost accruals.
- Review monthly account billing for accuracy and completeness in accordance with client PO(s).
- Assist in the development and approval of scopes of work (project descriptions, assumptions, estimates).
- Assist in tactical planning and brand strategy.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a diverse range of project
- Proven supervisory experience and mentoring skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage a wide variety of projects and team members
- Experience managing and nurturing client relationships
- Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal
- Experience with product launches
- Proficiency in Veeva, Ziflow, or other digital routing and MLR platforms
- Exceptional financial management capabilities within budget constraints

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
