The work:Ā
A copy/content leader who has a background in writing for healthcare audiencesĀ (bothĀ HCPsĀ and theĀ patient/caregiverĀ audience.Ā They understand how to develop content that will capture interest, build trust and work in a highly regulated industry ā life sciences and/or health sector. They are collaborative with team members from multiple disciplines, including art/visual design, but also client services, performance marketers, data/analytics, strategy and more.Ā Ā

They understand how to create unique content forĀ emerging media and tech (especially helpful in unique healthcare platforms). TheĀ ACD, CopyĀ has experience writing/evaluating copy based on clinical product information, can find compelling narratives in clinical data and prescribing information, and canĀ interact confidentlyĀ with bothĀ LifeĀ SciencesĀ brand marketers as well as healthcare system/provider and patient audiences.Ā They can easily becomeĀ familiar with theĀ brand, science, and strategic issues for each projectĀ theyĀ work on.Ā ExperienceĀ inĀ multiple therapeuticĀ areas isĀ key. They will also understand how to create content that aligns toĀ ourĀ clientsāĀ strategic objectives.Ā Ā

Key Responsibilities:Ā
ParticipatesĀ in strategic and tactical meetings to develop effective campaigns and activations reflecting theĀ clientsāĀ objectivesĀ
Delves into the dataĀ and develops a strong working knowledge of claims and messagesĀ
Contributes innovative ideas and tactics appropriate to client marketing strategyĀ
BrainstormsĀ campaign ideas with colleaguesĀ
Contributes toĀ thought decks for campaignĀ presentationsĀ
Plans,Ā develops and writes materials as assigned, workingĀ closely withĀ medicalĀ colleaguesĀ on specific initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesĀ
Partners with art direction/visual designers as well as other creative team members to develop engaging materials that maintain a high level of scientific accuracy, compelling campaign creative, and achieve our clientās strategicĀ imperativesĀ
Supervises a small team of copywritersĀ

At least 12Ā yearsĀ ofĀ conceptual healthcare/copywriting experience, preferably in a health care marketing or communications agencyĀ
At least 5Ā yearsĀ ofĀ experienceĀ working in the Oncology areaĀ onĀ multiple agentsĀ Ā
At leastĀ 5Ā yearsĀ of brandĀ launch experience for both HCP and patient audiencesĀ
A least 10 yearsĀ ofĀ proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointĀ
At least 10 yearsĀ ofĀ proven organizational and timeline prioritization skills; scheduling flexibility to accommodate work volumes and the ability to manage multiple assignmentsĀ
At least 5Ā yearsĀ ofĀ experienceĀ inĀ strategic brainstorming, campaign development and creative execution writing email copy, advertising (digital, print, banners), brand messaging, web copy, video scripts, marketing collateralĀ

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
