You will:

    •    Craft refined, memorable cocktails that reflect our elevated steakhouse and tavern atmosphere

    •    Lead beverage creativity through seasonal features and signature drinks

    •    Maintain exceptional bar standards, speed, accuracy, and presentation

    •    Deliver warm, engaging hospitality that keeps guests returning

    •    Support inventory, training, and beverage program enhancements

We’re looking for:

    •    2+ years craft cocktail or upscale bar experience

    •    Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic technique

    •    Professional presence, reliability, and genuine passion for guest experience

    •    Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-expectation environment

• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Stand for extended periods, walk, and use hands and arms to mix drinks.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and handle heavy kegs or boxes of supplies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to loud noise and occasional crowding.
• Perform tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination and close vision for reading labels and handling small items.
