With facilities in the USA, France, China, and India, we are committed to professionalism, dependability, and innovation.   Position Summary The Manufacturing Technician Level II is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment in a safe and efficient manner. After completing a structured training program, the technician performs advanced machine operations, including setup, non-destructive testing, inspection, and basic machining tasks. This role supports continuous production flow and contributes to quality assurance and workplace safety.   Key Responsibilities Perform set-up, inspection, processing, or testing on tube mills or finning lines. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery as needed. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. Train and mentor new or peer technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical procedures. Maintain compliance with all safety rules and regulations. Support cross-functional teams and assist in other departments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.   QualificationsRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Above-average mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret precision instruments. Ability to work safely in a production environment with exposure to lubricants, coolants, and other chemicals. Quality-minded, detail-aware, and safety-conscious. Willingness to complete training on day shift prior to transitioning to the assigned shift. Openness to learn and train on multiple production lines to support operational flexibility. Flexibility to work in other departments or on alternate shifts as needed.   Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience setting up and operating complex manufacturing equipment.   Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. without assistance. Prolonged standing and walking on concrete floors.   Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, forklifts, and moving machinery. Work may be performed in non-climate-controlled areas.
