About the role:
The Media Planner supports the development, execution, and management of data-driven digital media across the US healthcare market. This role combines hands-on programmatic media experience with cross-channel planning, helping deliver high-performing campaigns for HCP and DTC audiences.
What you'll do:
- Support digital media plans across programmatic, endemic, search, social, and videoÂ
- Execute and manage programmatic campaigns (e.g., PulsePoint)Â
- Build audiences, forecasts, and cost models (CPM, CPA, reach)Â
- Analyze performance data and recommend optimizationsÂ
- Assist with client reporting and media presentationsÂ
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teamsÂ
- Create audiences and cost models for strategists and account teams (IE: create reach, audience, CPM, CPA, and impression data for client work on request) from our programmatic platform, third-party partners, or media providers.
- Create and execute patient and professional media promotional plans for marketing, conferences, and communities.
- Research audience markets and competitive strategies relevant to clients’ businesses using programmatic media toolsÂ
Requirements:
- 4+ years in media, digital marketing, or pharma marketingÂ
- 3+ hands-on programmatic execution experienceÂ
- Exposure to healthcare/pharma campaigns preferredÂ
- Basic programmatic/DSP knowledgeÂ
- Strong analytical and communication skillsÂ
- Excel/PowerPoint proficiencyÂ
- AI proficiency in tools for media planningÂ

Location: Hybrid/Remote
Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000
