Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports the process vision, strategy and objectives done at Regional Level and will be responsible for designing/adherence of processes at NA / country level, managing deviations, and alignment with relevant support functions.
  • Strategic design of global Source 2 Pay and Travel & Expense processes and will contribute to the roll out of new S2V global/regional/local projects within his/her perimeter as part of continuous improvement journey including Change Management activities.
  • Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships for NA countries (USA and Canada) and drive standardization of processes to identify functional and cross functional improvements and harmonization.
  • Streamlines the S2V processes by connecting end users with process owners (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, ICP...). Gathers and applies best practices to process and supports S2V Partners/Specialist for designing/adherence of processes at local level, managing deviations, and alignment with relevant support functions.
  • Ensures Compliance and Internal Control/ SOX standards are met for the countries under his/her scope.
  • Drives end-to-end simplification and user experience improvements across S2V process for NA, ensuring alignment with global standards while enabling business flexibility where required.
  • Leverages digital, automation and AI opportunities in partnership with Digital teams to reinvent S2V processes, improve adoption, reduce friction and deliver measurable productivity, cycle time and accuracy benefits.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar required.
  • 7+ years and P2P process experience.
  • Ability to influence in a context of high resistance to change. High level of energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex processes with UX approach.
  • High level of interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience of working in a global and/or regional environment.

All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
